The Villa Botanica estate is located next to the Culture Park in Powsin, in a charming part of Warsaw’s Wilanów District. The estate is surrounded by green areas and single-family low-rise housing estates. The Kabacki Forest, largest nature reserve in the Mazovia region of Poland, is nearby. The Botanical Gardens of the Polish Academy of Sciences are not far away. The only health resort in the Mazovia region of Poland, the town of Konstancin Jeziorna, is also in close proximity.
The establishment of the Wilanów Cultural Park in 2006 served the purpose of protecting the cultural landscape of the surrounding area, including its parks, palaces, and gardens.
The location also has good public-transport and road connections with the city centre. There are bus stops near the Villa Botanica estate, providing public-transport access to various parts of Warsaw. Soon, a section of the A2 motorway connecting Ursynów and Wilanów will also be available to motorists.
Public schools, kindergartens, and prestigious international schools, such as the American School of Warsaw, British School, Polish-German WBS School, and French La Fontaine School, are all located nearby. The nearest public primary school and a kindergarten are located just 0.5 km from the estate.
